Name Dropper

Objective:

Help your team guess the phrases and collect the most points across three rounds.

How to play:

1. All players write 5-10 phrases of no more than 8 words.

1a. For all the phrases, more than half of the people playing must know what it is.

1b. These phrases can be anything. Some examples, “Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson”, “Will clogging the toilet with his report card”, etc.

1c. Once your phrase is complete, fold it once, throw it in a bowl, and repeat this process.

2. After all hints are written, break the teams into two groups by picking numbers.

3. Begin the game. There are three rounds of play with the same cards.

3a. There are rules for each round .

Round 1 = You can say as much as you want (aside from what is written on the paper), but you cannot act.

Round 2 = You cannot speak, only act.

Round 3 = You can only say one word and cannot act.

3b. Each turn, one player has one minute to help their team guess as many phrases as they can. Speed is KEY.

3c. You can swap for another hint after fifteen (15) seconds have passed in the turn.

3d. If time expires before the team has guessed, the phrase must be re-added to the bowl.

3e. At the end of the turn, the bowl is handed to the opposing team to begin their turn.

3f. Repeat this process until all the phrases in the bowl have been guessed.

4. Once the round is over, the points will be tallied and attributed to the teams. And the next round begins.
